Tommy helped us with the purchase of one home and the sale of another.
The help he provided was above and beyond that of a realtor alone. The purchase of the home was our first purchase in 32 years. My husband and I looked at multiple properties daily but found nothing. We had to do a lot to determine what would suit us best in this new phase of life. Eventually, Tommy negotiated showing us two properties that were not yet on the market. We were able to buy a home off market with a very satisfactory purchase price and short close. In the sale of a home it was held by my husband and his three siblings for almost twenty years after inheriting it. The property was in terrible shape due to a long term tenant. Tommy dealt with three siblings with very different levels of experience in the real estate market and with the difficult tenant. The house sold within 2 weeks for above asking with out any improvements. I don’t think they could have done it without his great interpersonal skills.
